How do I buy a ticket? ▾
Browse available listings, click "Buy Ticket" on the one you want, enter your email, and complete payment. Your ticket will be delivered to your email automatically once payment is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely through verified payment providers.
When will I receive my ticket? ▾
Tickets are delivered instantly to your email once your payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
What if my ticket is invalid or fake? ▾
You are fully protected. Contact us at hello@spotontickets.com with your payment ID within 24 hours of the match and we will issue a full refund. We take fraud seriously and will remove the seller from the platform.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind? ▾
Tickets are non-refundable once delivered, unless they are found to be invalid. If the match is officially cancelled by FIFA, you will receive a full refund automatically.
Are prices in USD? ▾
Yes, all prices on SpotOn Tickets are listed and charged in USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion if you pay in a different currency.
Selling Tickets
How do I list my ticket? ▾
Scroll to the "Sell Tickets" section on the homepage. Fill in your match details, set a price in USD, upload your ticket file (PDF or image), and submit. Your listing goes live immediately.
What file formats are accepted for ticket uploads? ▾
We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG files up to 10MB. Most e-tickets from FIFA or official vendors come as PDF — upload exactly what you received.
How and when do I get paid? ▾
Once your ticket is purchased and delivered to the buyer, payment is released to your registered USDT wallet. Payouts are processed within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
What fees does SpotOn Tickets charge? ▾
Buyers pay a 10% service fee on top of the listed price. This covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and buyer protection. Sellers receive the full listed price.
Can I edit or remove my listing? ▾
Contact us at hello@spotontickets.com to edit or remove a listing. Include your seller email and match name and we'll action it within a few hours.

Is my payment secure? ▾
Yes. All payments are processed through verified providers and held in escrow until the ticket is delivered. We never store your card details.
What is escrow? ▾
Escrow means your payment is held by SpotOn Tickets and only released to the seller after you receive your ticket. This protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.
How do I pay with crypto? ▾
Select "Buy Ticket", enter your email, and you'll be redirected to a payment page where you can choose USDT as your payment method. Send the exact amount shown to the wallet address provided.
