1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SpotOn Tickets, you agree to these Terms of Service. SpotOn Tickets is operated by Bytecast Prime. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Role
SpotOn Tickets is a secondary marketplace that connects ticket sellers with buyers. We are not the seller of any tickets and are not affiliated with FIFA or any official ticket provider. Prices may exceed face value.
3. Buyer Obligations
- Provide a valid email address to receive ticket delivery.
- Complete payment in full before receiving ticket files.
- Report any invalid tickets within 24 hours of the match.
- Not resell tickets purchased on this platform without consent.
4. Seller Obligations
- Only list tickets you legally own and have the right to sell.
- Upload the exact ticket file that will be delivered to the buyer.
- Ensure tickets are valid and not already used or cancelled.
- Accept payouts in USDT cryptocurrency only.
5. Escrow & Payments
All buyer payments are held in escrow by SpotOn Tickets and released to the seller only after ticket delivery is confirmed. SpotOn Tickets charges a 10% service fee on all transactions, added to the buyer's total.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Listing fraudulent, invalid, or duplicate tickets.
- Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform.
- Harassing or misleading other users.
- Using automated tools to scrape or manipulate listings.
7. Limitation of Liability
SpotOn Tickets is not liable for losses arising from invalid tickets beyond the refund policy, match cancellations by FIFA, travel or accommodation costs, or any indirect damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of the United States or through agreed arbitration.
Information We Collect
We collect email addresses provided during ticket purchase or listing, ticket file uploads for delivery purposes, and payment confirmation data from our payment processors. We do not store credit card details.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver tickets to buyers via email.
- To notify sellers of sales and payouts.
- To process and verify payments.
- To respond to support requests.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with payment processors and email delivery services necessary to operate the platform.
Data Retention
Transaction records are retained for 12 months for dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting hello@spotontickets.com.
Cookies
SpotOn Tickets uses minimal cookies for session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Buyer Refund Policy
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Your ticket file was not delivered within 1 hour of payment confirmation.
- The ticket delivered is found to be invalid, already used, or fraudulent.
- The match is officially cancelled by FIFA with no rescheduling.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@spotontickets.com within 24 hours of the match date. Include your payment ID, email address, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after ticket delivery.
- Inability to attend the match for personal reasons.
- Match postponement (not cancellation).
- Refund requests made more than 24 hours after the match.
Seller Payouts
Seller payouts are released 24 hours after ticket delivery confirmation. If a buyer dispute is raised, the payout is held pending investigation. Sellers found to have listed fraudulent tickets will be permanently banned and may not receive payment.
